We would love to know what you think of the videos, starring our very own KitchenAid Kelly!
Please give us your rating, from 1 to 5 "Mixers", with 5 being the highest!

AHA! So, now we know why messages have been a little slow being moderated the past few days! You guys have been really busy!!!
All of the videos were wonderful. Very good!
The only suggestion for improvement I have is to mention that the background music on the food strainer attachment isn't exactly 'backround' music. It's louder than Kelly's voice. (Kelly? I think that's Kelly, isn't it?) It's a little difficult to hear her talking over the 'background' music.
Everything else is 5 mixers!

I too would have liked to see the attachments in action The post for the Fruit & Vegetable Strainer Attachment video said "here's how it works" but it only showed how it gets attached.
Not sure what your goal is or who the target audience is, but I'm sure they are helpful to someone that bought it and is trying to figure out how to attach it properly. For this I would give it 5 mixers. But, if you were trying to sell someone the attachment, I'd only give the videos 3 mixers - sorry.

They are all great. Only one observation that I'd like to point out... nobody outside of the KA Crew is ever going to call the ice cream attachment a "Kica". I realize it was meant to be playful, but I think it sounds corny and not very professional. Aside from that the videos are all very informative. Keep up the great work!

The videos are very informative and entertaining, however, I, too, wish we could see actual food being prepared (i.e. sausage being stuffed, dough being kneaded, butter and sugar being creamed, etc.)
Overall, I would give them 4.5 mixers

Just an FYI....
We decided to start the Video Library with the basic assembly instruction videos, but there will be food prep videos coming soon!

I feel badly for new owners of KitchenAid products, who post issues of assembly and performance of attachments. Seeing how easily it can be done is a relief to a neophyte of KitchenAid. Just last week we had someone having trouble attaching the KICA drive and she was very frustrated. I think each video clearly demonstrated how easy it is to properly attach the implements to the machine. I agree with everyone here that actual demos would be a great addition. To actually HEAR what a machine sounds cutting through three pounds of dough or watching how goofy the fruit strainer looks pooping out seeds and skins through the tiny hole while the juice runs through the strainer. I do think the accromnisms for attachments is a tad corny, but when I am typing a response, it saves keystrokes to say KICA and not KitchenAid Ice Cream Attachment. The support and response from KitchenAid's customer service team is a standout from all other competitors and I say 5 new PRO610s for you all!

Great videos showing how to attach the attachments. Sights and sounds of food actually being processed will help...and I'm glad you've already got that lined up! How smart you are
Keep up the great work! |

| I absolutely LOVE all the videos. They are so helpful. I finally used my slicer/shredder after viewing the video. It was so informative and thorough. I really would like to see the attachments in action with food, so I am looking forward to this being done- soon, I hope!!!! |

Just watched the slicer/shredder video -
BECAUSE I RECEIVED ONE AS A GIFT!!!! WOOHOOOOOOOO
THANK YOU SON!
I should have watched the video first because it did take me a little while to figure out how to use it on my own without the video. Today I did learn a 'trick' watching the video that I didn't figure. How to tighten the shaft to the cone. VERY COOL and SAFE idea! Genius!
Another toy to play with - more recipes to develop to perfection. |

| How exciting, BakeInSpareTime!!!! A new toy to play with! You must have a VERY nice son!!! Or does he just like to eat.................?! The video was the reason I took my slicer/shredder out of the box and actually used it!!! Needless to say, I was a tad intimidated!!! That video was GREAT and very informative! I have grated many a block of mozzarella for pizza since viewing that video and it comes out great- no more buying pre-shredded cheese for me! Have fun! |

| I, too, would like to see the juicer, grinder, sausage stuffer in action like the pasta and ice cream makers are shown. I see that you're already working on it, so I'll bide my time until they're available. I just gave a Pro-600 to my son and his bride-to-be, as an early wedding present. Bought it May 20th, so I'm in the process of getting them their Mother's Day promotional Ice Cream Maker. |
