I made rapid mix yeast bread yesterday. The dough came out just like the manual said the dough was elastic and the bowl was clean. When i baked the bread i left it a bit longer and the bread came out really hard in the outside but the inside is really soft. Two loafs of bread weight like 5 lbs together :D I think there's something wrong with my over. I'll test the over because i don't think the knob is not marking the same as the heat temp inside the over. :(

From the day that i decided to buy my stand mixer i have been lurking the forums. Then the day i purchased my stand mixer i registered to the forums.

I'm off to read more... :)

"And it's me and Julio down by the schoolyard..." Who sang that? Never mind! Welcome to the forums, Julio! What did you name that green mixer? Miss Marguerita? Salsa Verde?

Pay no attention to me. I'm the crazy one here. I've probably made every mistake possible, but I find a way to eat the boo-boos, or I grind them up and feed them to the dogs.

Luvs,
Jo

P.S. Paul Simon sang that song.

THUMP!!!! Julio, I just fell off the sofa laughing. (The dogs are barking and Hubby wants to know if he should call the paramedics because I have bronchitis and laughing sends me into coughing fits.)

GREEN BETTY?!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS????

That's the funniest thing I've heard in a long time. Made my day.

Luvs,
Jo
