Hello,

I didn't know where to post so i posted it here. :(

I noticed that some members here at KAF have named their mixers. I was wondering what name did you give your mixer and why? :)

I named mine BETTY because in spanish BATIDORA means mixer. When i pronounced Bati it reminded me of the name Betty.

I have a Blue Steel Pro 600 and I named it... What else... Remington.

You know, Remington Blue Steel... Remington Steele. Okay, I guess it looses something when you have to explain it!

Hola!!

Mine is named after a great Montana historian named K. Ross Toole. He is one of my heroes and I felt obliged to name my mixer after him...

Betty is a nice name for a mixer!!!

Hi Sugarboy! Naming these mixers is almost as much fun as using them. I have an onyx Artisan named Dazz ("Let it Whip") and a caviar Pro 600 named DevoJackoBlackBetty ("Whip It" "Beat It" and go look up the words to black betty on youtube) Have much fun with the mixer. Give yummies to your family, friends, neighbors, co-workers, people you don't know....There's nothing more fun than taking a hot loaf of bread fresh from the oven to somebody. Anybody.

Luvs,
Jo

Stan is a great name for a mixer, Spence!!

Gibvel: I remember Remington Steele from the eighties, because sometimes I would watch it, (along with Knight Rider, The A Team and others)!!!

So is it Batidora Verde? Julio you're too much fun. How do you say Black Betty in Spanish? Sorry, I'm German. I have a schwartz mixer. I think. But I forget a lot.

Yeah, I guess I, kind of, dated myself with that, huh? Ahhhhh yes, Knight Rider and the A Team... "I pity the fool" that never watched that show (Now fess up, you read it with the Mr. T voice going in your head, didn't you?).

Some have said I look quite a bit like ol' Pierce Brosnan... Guess that's what I get for hanging around with a bunch of blind people.

My 2 Artisan mixers are Baldy, because he has a chrome dome and my Ice Blue really needs a nice name but I call her the Icey One because she is so cool.
And..no joke...my name is Betty and why my folks chose this name for me..I have no clue. Bati might have been more fitting.

Mine is aptly named "Martha" because she's the original Martha Stewart green!

Bring back MS green!
