I was just wondering if the tried and true Classic mixer will be up to the job making all the stuff for a big Thanksgiving dinner that I will be making for friends when I take my vacation next month?? Heres the situation, I do not want to take K. Ross on a long bus trip, and I need a reliable mixer while I am down there for all the heavy mixing chores, and I do not have more money for an artisan. So, I thought I would buy a Classic while I am down there, and bring it back with me when I come home.... I could always use a second KA around here, anyway.... I just wonder if I should get a refurbished Pro 5, (I can get one from KA for $189, plus shipping, but I would have to wait until it comes to start getting the work done, however, I could have a nicer mixer than I have now, and I would use it.... I just do not know what to do, HELP!!!!!  |
