Made some enriched white bread today. qahtan
11 cups flour
3 1/2 cups water
2 cups milk
3 eggs
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 teaspoons yeast
3 ounces soft butter.

Looks absolutely fantastic - YUM!!!!!

That's alot of bread. What did you do with it all?

Did you make all of that at once - using 11 cups of flour? Which mixer do you have?

Some gets given away some goes in the freezer. ;-)))
Yes I made it all in one go.
As I have three mixers, KitchenAid, British Kenwood and the Swedish DLX, this was made in the DLX, but it was baked in my KitchenAid Superba oven. ;-)))))
