I have a mid 90's Ultra Power tilthead mixer. When I am using the mixer, the pin that I assume the head pivots on is moving side to side. Is the pin worn, or is the metal in which the pin resides worn? Any input would be appreciated.
You should be able to tighten that pin with the screw that holds it in place up underneath the mixer. You'll just need a small flathead screwdriver. Here's a video that shows how to do it:
