Hi, About a week ago I received my first stand mixer as a present--a Nickel Pearl Pro 600. Yahoo! My days of kneading bread and pasta doughs by hand are now behind me.
There is an offer for a bonus mixing bowl that requires a serial number. I cannot find the serial number and I've already mailed the registration form without recording the number beforehand.
There are no numbers or stickers on the bottom of the stand or the manual. Is the serial number what I'm looking at when I look beside the screw at top/back of the mixer?
Thanks for the guidance, but I never found a serial number.
Called the first 800 number listed above. They only work with rebates.
Sent registration card with serial number sticker attached to it the day after I received the item. I should have made a copy of the registration card. So far, no record of my purchase or serial number.
Isn't there someplace to call that would have the registration info?? It must be in a computer somewhere. You would need that info should your mixer ever get [heaven forbid!] stolen.
Feel free to email me and I'll try to do some research. Thoses postcard thingies get sent to a different department in another state and we don't have access to those files. Eventually after many months sometimes the information is captured in one of our systems and I can locate it. No guarantee. Registering on-line is preferred. That is why the use and care guides that have warranty information explain that the consumer is supposed to keep the original dated receipt for warranty coverage.
